Promoter Shares of Infinity Laghubitta And Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance in Auction from Today
The existing promoter of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) is auctioning 15,000 units of shares to the qualified promoter shareholders.
Arun Dhoj Adhikari intends to sell 15,000 units of promoter shares to qualified promoter shareholders. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from this notice's publication date, i.e. 9th Magh.
The shareholders should submit bids at the company's central office in Gaidakot, Nawalparasi. If no bids are received from existing founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be auctioned to the general public.
ILBS closed at Rs. 743.00 yesterday. Meanwhile, ILBSP has an LTP of Rs. 368.00 as of 14th January 2024.
The existing promoter of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited (PMLI) is auctioning 26,960 units of shares to the interested promoter shareholders from today.
Devi Prakash Bhattachan intends to sell 5,000 units and Rupak Kumar Malla intends to sell 21,960 units of promoter shares to the existing promoter shareholders. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from this notice's publication date, i.e. 9th Magh.
The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located at Kamaladi, Kathmandu. If no bids are received from existing founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be auctioned to the general public.
PMLI closed at Rs. 547.50 yesterday.
