Promoter Shares of National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited in Auction from Today
The existing promoters of National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) are auctioning 62,500 units of shares to existing interested promoter shareholders including general public/institutions from today i.e. 29th Bhadra to 12th Ashwin, 2080.
62,500 unit promoter shares of NMFBS will be auctioned. Interested promoters shareholders including general public/institutions are eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 530 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1000 units. However, the applied units should not exceed the limit mandated by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
NIMB Ace Capital Limited is the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on 14th Ashwin, 2080.
As of writing, NMFBS has an LTP of Rs. 1072.
