Promoter Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company in Auction From Today
The existing promoters of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) are auctioning 19,79,424 unit of shares to existing promoter shareholders from today i.e. 2nd Ashwin to 10th Kartik, 2080.
19,79,424 unit promoter shares of NRIC will be auctioned. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 300. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 19,79,424 units. However, the applied units should not exceed the limit mandated by Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA).
NIMB Ace Capital is the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on 12th Kartik, 2080.
As of writing, NRIC has an LTP of Rs.669.
