Promoter Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company In Auction From Today

IGI Prudential Insurance Limited is auctioning 20,00,000 units, Global IME Capital Limited is auctioning 1,87,434 units, Hathway Investment Nepal Limited is auctioning 6,50,000 units, and IME Limited is auctioning 7,50,000 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC). The auction opened from today i.e. 8th Falgun to 12th Chaitra, 2080.

Rs. 280 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for IGI Prudential Limited, Global IME Capital Limited, Hathway Investment Nepal Limited, and IME Limited's promoter shares is 20,00,000 units, 1,87,434 units, 6,50,000 units, and 7,50,000 units respectively.

Global IME Capital Limited is appointed auction manager for all four auctions.
