Promoter Shares of NIC Asia Bank, Sanima Bank and Chhimek Laghubitta in Auction From Today
The existing promoters of NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) are auctioning 4,00,000 units of shares to qualified general public/institutions from today i.e. on the 9th Shrawan to the 18th Shrawan, 2080.
4,00,000 unit promoter shares of NICA will be auctioned. Interested qualified general public/institutions are eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 375 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1000 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule not to exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
NIMB Ace Capital Limited is the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on 19th Shrawan, 2080.
As of writing, NICA has an LTP of Rs. 810.
The existing promoter of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) is auctioning 2,50,000 units of shares to existing promoter shareholders from today i.e. 9th Shrawan, 2080.
2,50,000 unit promoter shares of SANIMA will be auctioned. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 150. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 9th Shrawan. The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the bank located at Naxal, Kathmandu.
As of writing, SANIMA has an LTP of Rs. 294.80.
Similarly, the existing promoters of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) are auctioning 15,000 units of shares to existing promoter shareholders from today i.e. 9th Shrawan, 2080.
15,000 unit promoter shares of CBBL will be auctioned. Rs. 600 is the minimum bid rate. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 9th Shrawan. The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located in Mid Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
As of writing, CBBL has an LTP of Rs. 997.
