Promoter Shares of Shangri-la Development Bank and Kalika Laghubitta in Auction From Today
The existing promoter of Shangri-la Development Bank (SADBL) is auctioning 294,674 units of shares to existing promoter shareholders from today i.e. 5th Shrawan, 2080.
294,674 unit promoter shares of SADBL will be auctioned. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 5th Shrawan. The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the bank located at Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
As of writing, SADBL has an LTP of Rs. 337.
Similarly, the existing promoters of Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) are auctioning 30,000 units of shares to existing promoter shareholders from today i.e. 5th Shrawan, 2080.
30,000 unit promoter shares of KMCDB will be auctioned. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 5th Shrawan. The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located in Pokhara.
As of writing, KMCDB has an LTP of Rs. 735.
