Promoter Shares Of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance And Nepal Infrastructure Bank In Auction From Today
The existing promoters of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC) are auctioning 3,20,214 units of shares to interested promoter shareholders from today i.e. 21st Kartik, 2081.
Nanda Kishor Sharma intends to sell 3,20,214 unit promoter shares. Interested promoter shareholders are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 21st Kartik. The shareholders should submit their bids at the NIC Asia Capital located at Thapathali, Kathmandu.
If no bids are received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be opened for auction to the general public.
SJLIC closed at Rs. 492.10. Meanwhile, SJLICP has an LTP of Rs. 318.34.
The existing promoter of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) is auctioning 2,43,000 units of shares to the interested promoter shareholders from today.
Dipak Kumar Mudanda intends to sell 2,43,000 units of promoter shares to the existing promoter shareholders. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 21st Kartik.
The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located at Baneshwor, Kathmandu. If no bids are received from existing founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be open for auction to the general public.
NIFRA closed at Rs. 274.40.
