Promoter Shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance in Auction from Today
The existing promoters of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC) are auctioning 1,57,298 units of shares to interested promoter shareholders from today i.e. 25th Ashadh, 2081.
Tele Direct Pvt. Ltd. intends to sell 5,68,287 unit promoter shares. Interested promoter shareholders are eligible to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 25th Ashadh. The shareholders should submit their bids at the NIC Asia Capital located at Thapathali, Kathmandu.
If no bids are received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be opened for auction to the general public.
SJLIC closed at Rs. 417.00. Meanwhile, SJLICP has an LTP of Rs. 480.00.
