Promoter Shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta and Asha Laghubitta in Auction From Today
The existing promoter of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) is auctioning 60,617 units of shares to the interested promoter shareholders from today.
Govinda Sharma intends to sell 31,266 units, and Saraswati Joshi intends to sell 29,351 units of promoter shares to the existing promoter shareholders. Interested shareholders are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from this notice's publication date, i.e. 11th Mangsir.
The shareholders should submit their bids at the corporate office of the institution located at Mahalaxmi-04, Lalitpur, or at Kumari Capital Limited located at Naxal, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. If no bids are received from existing founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be auctioned to the general public.
SWMF closed at Rs. 562 yesterday. Meanwhile, SWMFPO has an LTP of Rs. 225.55 as of 8th October, 2023.
The existing promoter of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ALBSL) is auctioning 87,014 units of shares to its promoter shareholders. The auction is open from today i.e. 11th Mangsir, 2080.
87,014 units of promoter shares of ALBSL will be auctioned to the existing promoter shareholders. Interested shareholders are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from this notice's publication date.
Interested investors should submit their bids at the company's central office located at Banepa-13, Kavrepalanchok. If no bids are received from existing founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be auctioned to the general public or institutions.
As of writing, ALBSL has an LTP of Rs. 600. Meanwhile, ALBSLP has an LTP of Rs. 323.75 as of 2nd November, 2023.
