Promoter Shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta and Shine Resunga Development Bank in Auction From Today
The existing promoters of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) are selling 44,465 units of promoter shares in an auction to the general public from today i.e. on 18th Ashwin, 2080.
44,465 units of promoter shares will be auctioned. Individual investors, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid in an auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 18th Ashwin. Previously, the shares were auctioned to eligible promoter shareholders, since no applications were received till the deadline, the promoter shares are now being re-auctioned to the general public.
Interested investors should submit their bids to the share registrar of the company Kumari Capital located at Naxal, Kathmandu, or the central office of the company located at Imadol, Lalitpur.
As of writing, SWMF has an LTP of Rs. 631.10.
Similarly, Prudential Capital Management Company Private Limited is auctioning 2,04,537 units promoter shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE). The auction is open from today i.e 18th Ashwin, 2080.
2,04,537 unit promoter shares of SHINE will be auctioned. Interested promoter shareholders are eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 140 is the minimum bid rate.
If no bids are received from the existing founder shareholders within the mentioned date, then the shares will be later auctioned to the general public. Interested investors should submit their bids to the central office of the company located at Butwal 11 Kalikanagar, Rupandehi within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
