Property Wizard Limited Convenes 2nd AGM, Endorses Annual Report and Auditor Appointment

Property Wizard Limited convened its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2080-81 on 29th Bhadra 2081 at the Aranya Boutique Hotel, Hattisar.

The AGM approved the annual report for FY 2080/81, presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors, and endorsed the financial statements for FY 2080/81 along with the auditor’s report. Additionally, the meeting passed a special resolution allowing the company to take out a loan exceeding the paid-up capital. Also, an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 was appointed, and their remuneration was determined.
