Proton e.MAS7 Launched in Nepal with Latest EV Technology
Proton e.MAS7, an electric vehicle (EV), has been officially launched in Nepal by Jagdamba Motors Pvt Ltd. The event, held at Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu, was attended by key figures including His Excellency Tuan Mohd Firdaus Azman and Proton CEO Dr. Li ChunRong. This marks a significant step in Nepal's shift toward sustainable mobility.
The e.MAS7 comes in two variants, Prime and Premium, with advanced features like a 12-in-1 intelligent electric propulsion system, 5-star safety rating, and fast charging capabilities. The vehicle is available in six colors and offers a range of 345km (Prime) to 410km (Premium) on a single charge.
The Proton e.MAS7 aligns with Nepal’s clean energy goals, and Jagdamba Motors has plans to expand EV infrastructure and services across the country. Financial schemes are available, including low-interest rates and complimentary charging packs. The on-road price for the Prime variant is NPR 5,699,000 and the Premium variant is NPR 6,799,000.
