The BOD meeting of Provident Merchant Banking Limited has decided that the 6th AGM of the company will be held on Magh 10, 2076 at the head office of the company from 1:30 PM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. Other point of discussion will include capital increment, growth expectations, office infrastructure etc.
