Prudential Capital Auctioning 50,000 Units Promoter Shares of NIC Asia Laghubitta (NICLBSL)
Prudential Capital Management Company Private Limited is auctioning the promoter shares of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) from Jestha 18 and will conclude on Jestha 25, 2079 at the end of banking hours.
50,000 units promoter share will be auctioned. The general public, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid in the auction. Rs. 425 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 25,000 units, there is no upper limit for both shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
The investors who are willing to bid for the auction should submit their bids within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice i.e Jestha 18. As of writing, NICLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 891.10 .
