Prudential Insurance Company convenes its 21st AGM; endorses 3.32% bonus shares and 0.17% cash dividend

Prudential Insurance has convened its 21st AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Vishal Agrawal on Chaitra 16, 2079.
Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the proposal of 3.325% bonus shares and 0.17% cash dividend for taxation purposes. The paid-up capital of the company will scale up to Rs 1.22 arba, as per the media statement.
