Prudential Insurance Company Opening Bids for 54,631 units shares
Prudential Insurance Company Limited is opening the bids of its 54,631 units ordinary shares that it auctioned to the general public.
Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) had previously issued 60% right shares to its shareholders. However, the company had invited public bids for the right shares that were unsold. The bid was open from Shrawan 12 till Shrawan 19, 2077.
The bids will be opened today at 11 am at NMB Capital, Nagpokhari.
Because of the restrictions in gathering imposed by the government amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the bids will be opened in the presence of only Prudential Insurance Company's representatives, issue manager, and concerned authorities.
