Public Issue "NMB Hybrid Fund L-II" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing Today

NMB Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "NMB Hybrid Fund L-II" to the general public today i.e. on 8th Falgun, 2081. The issue opened on the 24th Magh, 2081, and was supposed to close on the 28th Magh, 2081. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough applications, the issue was extended till today.
Out of 12 crore unit shares, 1%, i.e. 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.2 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager NMB Capital Limited, and 14%, i.e. 1,68,00,000 units worth Rs. 16.80 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor NMB Bank Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 crore units worth Rs 1.02 Arba will be issued to the general public and institutions.
According to CDSC, a total of 60,834 applicants have applied for 10,58,89,480 units worth Rs. 1.05 Arba so far. This data is as of 5 p.m. yesterday.
"NMB Hybrid Fund L-II" is a closed-end fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,20,00,000 units.
As of now, NMB Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e. NMB 50 (NMB50), and NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2), and one open-end fund i.e NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) in the market.
