Public Issue of "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" Closing Today

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) is closing the issue of 40,40,000 units of "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" to the general public and institutions from today 4th Falgun, 2080.

The debenture with a maturity period of 10 years and a coupon rate of 10% was open for application from 1st Falgun, 2080.

40.40 lakh units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Out of the total units being issued 60% i.e. 24.24 lakh units, the total issue will be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 16.16 lakh units worth Rs. 1.61 Arba will be open for public issue, 5% i.e. 80.80 thousand units will be allocated for mutual funds. It will raise a total of Rs 4.40 Arba from the issuance.

According to CDSC, a total of 1,741 applicants have applied for 1,90,069 units worth Rs. 19.00 Crore so far. This data is as of 5 pm yesterday.

Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 10,00,000 units.
