Public Issue of "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089" Open from Ashad 10

Sanima Bank Limited will be issuing “10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089” from Ashad 10, 2079. The issue for 50 lakh units debenture will conclude on Ashad 14, 2079. If the issue is not subscribed till the early closing date, then this debenture issue can be extended up to Ashad 24, 2079.

The commercial bank will be issuing 20 lakh units i.e. 40% for the general public (including mutual funds) while the remaining 30 lakh units i.e. 60% of the issue will be for the private placement. Interested applicants can place applications for a minimum of 25 units and maximum 20 lakh units at a par value of Rs 1,000.

RRB Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance.

As the name suggests, "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089" has a maturity period of 10 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unitholders. As of now, Sanima Bank Limited has Rs 4.77 Arba worth of debenture in its portfolio.
