Public Issue of "8.5% RBBL Debenture 2083" Opening From 25th Jestha

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited has published an offer letter to issue "8.5% RBBL Debenture 2083." The issue will open on 25th Jestha and close on 28th Jestha, 2078. If not subscribed by the early closing date, the deadline can be extended till Ashad 08.

25,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. The debenture has a maturity period of 6 years and will yield an 8.5% annual interest payment to unitholders. 60% of the debenture will be subscribed via private placement and the remaining 40% will be issued to the general public. The public issue size is thus 10 lakh units.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 2,50,000 units.
