Public Issue of "MBL Equity Fund" Mutual Fund Scheme Opening From Today

Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited is opening the issue of its closed-end mutual fund scheme "MBL Equity Fund" from today, i.e., on 22nd Falgun, 2081, and will close on 26th Falgun, 2081. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till the 7th Chaitra, 2081.
Out of 12 crore unit shares, 1%, i.e., 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.2 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, and 14%, i.e., 1,68,00,000 units worth Rs. 16.80 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 units worth Rs 1.02 Arba will be issued to the general public and institutions.
The MBL Equity Fund is closed-ended. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1.20,00,000 units.
This is the first mutual fund scheme that Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited will manage.
