Public Issue of "Muktinath Mutual Fund 1" Mutual Fund Scheme Opening From Today

Muktinath Capital Limited is opening the issue of its closed-end mutual fund scheme "Muktinath Mutual Fund 1" from today i.e. on 20th Mangsir and will close on 24th Mangsir, 2081. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till the 4th Poush.

Out of 10 crore unit shares, 2%, i.e. 20 lakh units worth Rs. 2 crores, have been allocated to the scheme manager Muktinath Capital Limited, and 13%, i.e. 1.3 crore units worth Rs. 13 crores, have been assigned to the fund promoter Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited. The remaining 8.5 crore units worth Rs 85 crore will be issued to the general public from today.

"Muktinath Mutual Fund 1" is a closed-end fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.

This is the first mutual fund scheme that Muktinath Capital Limited will manage.
