Public Issue "Sanima Flexi Fund" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing Today

Sanima Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "Sanima Flexi Fund" to the general public today i.e. on 15th Falgun, 2081. The issue opened on the 6th of Falgun, 2081, and was supposed to close on the 11th of Falgun, 2081. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough applications, the issue was extended till today.

Out of the total 10 crore unit shares worth Rs. 1 Arba, 40%, i.e., 4 crore units worth Rs. 40 crores will be issued. Among them, 13%, i.e., 1.3 crore units worth Rs. 13 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor Sanima Bank Limited, while 2%, i.e., 20 lakh units worth Rs. 2 crores, have been allocated to the scheme manager Sanima Capital Limited. The remaining 2.5 crore units worth Rs. 25 crore will be issued to the general public and institutions.

According to CDSC, a total of 51,870 applicants have applied for 3,31,36,100 units worth Rs. 33.13 Crore so far. This data is as of 5 p.m. yesterday.

"Sanima Flexi Fund" is an open-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 40,00,000 units.

Sanima Capital Limited currently manages two closed-end mutual fund schemes "Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF)" and "Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF)" in the market.
