Radhi Bidyut Company Announces Postponement of Annual General Meeting

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited, in a notice issued on Poush 18, 2081, informed the Securities Board of Nepal about the postponement of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company stated that the meeting, which was initially scheduled for Poush 18, 2081, has been adjourned due to the failure to meet the quorum requirements stipulated by the Companies Act 2063 and the company’s regulations.

The company has expressed its intention to reschedule the AGM once the quorum is met following the legal requirements. This decision follows the guidelines outlined under the Companies Act 2063.
