Radhi Bidyut Company Announces Special General Meeting on Chaitra 3

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has scheduled its Special General Meeting (SGM) for Chaitra 03, 2081. The meeting will be held in Welcome Party Palace, Chapagaun, Lalitpur, starting at 11 AM that day.
These are the agendas:
1. Amendment of the company's Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association to reflect the revised issued capital after the rights share issuance.
2. Authorization to the Board of Directors for necessary modifications as per regulatory guidelines.
3. Appointment of two directors as per company regulations.
4. Approval of the independent director's appointment.
Additionally, the company will close its shareholder register on Falgun 25, 2081, for one day. Shareholders recorded before Falgun 24, 2081, will be eligible to participate in the SGM.
