Radhi Bidyut Company Limited Postpones Special General Meeting Due to Lack of Quorum

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited has announced the postponement of its Special General Meeting, which was scheduled for March 15, 2025 (Chaitra 03, 2081). The company cited an insufficient quorum as the reason for the postponement.

In an official notice issued to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company stated that the meeting, called as per the Companies Act 2063 and the company's regulations, could not proceed due to the lack of the required number of attendees. As a result, the proceedings of the Special General Meeting have been put on hold.

The company has not yet disclosed the rescheduled date for the meeting. However, further updates regarding the new schedule are expected to be communicated soon.
