Radhi Bidyut Company (RADHI) calls AGM; When's the Book Closure Date?

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has called the AGM for FY 2075/76 on Falgun 19, 2077. The meeting will commence at 11 am.

These are the main agendas of the AGM:

a) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2075/76.
b) Endorse the financial reports, cash flow and PNL statement, and auditor's report of the fiscal year 2075/76.
c) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2076/77 and approval of their compensation.
d) Misc.

The book closure date is announced on Falgun 05. Thus, in theory, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM. However, NEPSE has suspended trading of RADHI since yesterday. Thus, it is not clear whether trading will resume before the book closure date. Books will be closed from Falgun 05 to Falgun 19.

In the first quarter of FY 2077/78, Radhi Bidhuyt has reported a meagre decline in revenue due to frequent problems in the transmission line. Meanwhile, the net profit has increased by a small margin.
