Rairang Hydropower IPO allotted; 76,440 applicants allotted 10 units each

NIBL Ace Capital Limited, the issue manager for the IPO of Rairang Hydropower Development Company Limited has concluded the allotment today. The allotment was done in the premises of NIBL Ace Capital, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. Only 76,440 general applicants have been allotted 10 units each through lottery.

There were a total of 194 invalid applicants.

Rairang Hydropower Development Company (RAIRANG) had issued 8,40,000 unit shares at par value of Rs 100 from Baisakh 31 till Jestha 03 of 2075. The issue was oversubscribed by 17.78 times.
