Rastra Utthan Laghubitta convenes its 2nd AGM; endorses to float Rs 8.50 crore worth IPO shares

Rastra Utthan Laghubitta has convened its 2nd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Prahlad Man Mali on Chaitra 8, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the proposal to float 32.69% of the paid-up capital i.e. Rs 8.50 crore worth shares in IPO to the general public.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year and has authorized the board to carry out the merger/ acquisition activities with suitable microfinance institutions, as per the media statement.
