Rastriya Banijaya Bank appoints Sanima Capital as issue manager for its 5 arba worth debenture

Rastriya Banijaya Bank has appointed Sanima Capital as issue manager to float its Rs 5 arba worth RBB Debenture 2089 to the general public.

The MoU regarding the issue management was signed between Deputy CEO of the Bank Mr. Kabiraj Adhikari and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Bhishma Raj Chalise amid a program.

Out of 50 lakh unit debentures, 30 lakh units will be allotted to be subscribed under private placement while 20 lakh units will be set open for general investors, as per the media statement.

The Bank currently serves with its 258 branches, 245 ATM outlets, 41 extension counters and 98 branchless banking units under its network.
