Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited held its 19th AGM in Kathmandu, chaired by Dilip Kumar Dhungana, where the annual report for FY 2080/081 was approved. Chairman Dhungana emphasized modernizing banking services through technology and enhancing competitiveness by updating internal policies.
The meeting saw participation from various government ministries and shareholders, who provided feedback and suggestions, which Dhungana addressed. The bank operates nationwide with 294 branches, 72 extension counters, 312 ATMs, and 99 branchless banking services. RBB reaffirmed its commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions for future growth.
