Rastriya Banijya Bank Conducts 14-Day Pre-Service Training for Newly Appointed Officers

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited has started a 14-day pre-service training for 117 newly appointed officers selected through a Public Service Commission examination and interview.

Chief Executive Officer Devendra Raman Khanal emphasized the importance of these officers in implementing the bank's objectives in a competitive market and encouraged professional conduct due to public trust in the bank.

He noted that the recruitment of young officers allows them to serve the country through the banking sector, and that once the recruitment of other assistant-level employees is completed, the bank's services and productivity will improve.

During the event, Khanal administered the oath to the new Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers. Several high-ranking officials, including Deputy CEOs Saraswati Adhikari and Debesh Prasad Lohani, congratulated the new officers. The bank operates 294 branches, 312 ATMs, and 99 branchless banking services across all seven provinces.
