Rastriya Banijya Bank Conducts Induction Training for Newly Appointed Staff

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is conducting a 14-day induction training for 94 newly appointed assistant employees from Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces. The training, held in Kathmandu, aims to enhance knowledge of banking operations and instill a sense of professionalism, positivity, and service.

The bank's CEO, Devendra Raman Khanal, emphasized the importance of being competitive and serving the public. Other bank officials also provided guidance on workplace responsibilities. The program was attended by various senior bank officials and will help the employees integrate into the bank’s operations across its extensive network.
