Rastriya Banijya Bank Conducts Pre-Service Training for Newly Appointed Employees in Kathmandu
Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBBL) has launched a 14-day pre-service training program in Kathmandu for 89 newly appointed employees, including 83 Senior Assistants and 6 Officers selected via the Public Service Commission.
CEO Devendra Raman Khanal emphasized the need to apply theoretical knowledge practically to deliver quality customer service, urging employees to remain dedicated to enhancing productivity.
Deputy Chief Executive Officers Saraswati Adhikari and Debesh Prasad Lohani outlined workplace responsibilities, while Bhim Prasad Ghimire, Head of HR, administered the oath to the new employees. The event, hosted by Deputy HR Head Hari Babu Acharya, was attended by senior officials and departmental heads.
RBBL operates 294 branches, 72 extension counters, 312 ATMs, and 99 branchless banking units across Nepal's seven provinces and all 77 districts, including district headquarters.
