Rastriya Krishi Company Nepal Ltd Appoints Global IME Capital as Issuing and Sales Manager for Public Issue of Shares

Rastriya Krishi Company Nepal Ltd has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the issuing and sales manager for its public issue of ordinary shares. A bilateral agreement was signed on 28th Poush 2081 at Global IME Capital's office in Kathmandu by Mr. Bishal Humagain (Executive Chairman of Rastriya Krishi Company) and Mr. Mandip Luitel (CEO of Global IME Capital).

Established on 27th Baishakh 2081, Rastriya Krishi Company aims to modernize and commercialize agriculture in Nepal. The company focuses on empowering farmers through initiatives like agricultural e-commerce, cold storage, mushroom production, and agricultural tourism, working towards making agriculture a key driver of Nepal's economic prosperity.
