Rasuwagadhi Hydropower (RHPL) Calls AGM on Poush 26

Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPL) has called its 9th AGM on 26th Poush, 2078. The meeting will be streamed virtually from the company's hall in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas:

1) Endorsement of financial reports since the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Misc.

There is also a special agenda regarding allowing the company to borrow more funds than the size of the paid-up capital and free reserves.

Poush 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.

As of writing, RHPL has an LTP of Rs. 335.10.
