Raveena Deshraj Shrestha Appointed Acting CEO of Mega Bank (MEGA) After CEO Khunjeli's Term Concludes

Raveena Deshraj Shrestha has been appointed the Acting CEO of Mega Bank Limited (MEGA).

Outgoing CEO Anupama Khunjeli's term ended on Baisakh 01, 2079. In order to ensure smooth commercial and administerial operations, Shrestha has been appointed the acting CEO by the board meeting, effective from Baisakh 02.

Until the appointment of the next CEO, Raveena Deshraj Shrestha holds all financial, operational, policy-level, commercial, and credit authorization authorities of a CEO.

Meanwhile, outgoing CEO Anupama Khunjeli has been instructed to hand over bank-related resources and documents to Shrestha. The board has decided to bid adieu to the outgoing CEO with high recognition of her contribution to the bank starting from her first role as a Deputy General Manager.
