RBB Merchant Banking Limited Holds Ninth Annual General Meeting

RBB Merchant Banking Limited, a subsidiary of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, held its ninth annual general meeting (AGM) on 2081.06.18 after receiving approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to operate as a share registrar, investment manager, securities underwriter, and more.

During the meeting, Chairman Saraswati Adhikari presented the annual report, and several proposals were approved, including the annual report and audit report for 2080/81, the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders (Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited), and the appointment of an auditor for 2081/82.

The meeting saw the presence of key representatives from Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, including Deputy CEO Bimal Dangol, and CEO Devendra Raman Khanal, alongside other notable figures from auditing firms and the company registrar's office.

The AGM also approved a director appointment proposal and was attended by the company's directors, auditors, and management-level employees.
