"RBB Mutual Fund 2 (RMF2)" Now Listed in NEPSE

84,611,929 units of "RBB Mutual Fund 2 (RMF2)" have been listed in NEPSE.
"RBB Mutual Fund 2 (RMF2)" is a closed-end fund. It has a maturity period of 10 years. The close-ended mutual fund issued 12 crore units worth Rs. 1.2 Arba of which 15% or 1.80 crore units were allocated to the fund sponsor Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited. Thus, the remaining 10.20 crore units were for the public issue.
However, the fund has now been resized to 84,611,929 crore units due to under-subscription, making the total size of the fund to be Rs. 84.61 Crores.
The NAV of the fund for the month of Jestha stands at Rs. 10.02.
