"Reliable Nepal Life Insurance" and "Laxmi Value Fund-II" Now Listed in NEPSE

4,00,00,000 unit IPO shares of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) have been listed in NEPSE. This includes the shares held by promoters and the quantity issued to the general public.

The opening range for the first transaction is Rs. 162.29 to Rs. 486.87. The IPO shares will be traded in the secondary market the next day if the company signs an agreement with NEPSE.

Out of a total of 4,00,00,000 units, 96,00,000 unit shares at a premium price of Rs 257 per share were issued as Initial Public Offerings to the general public (18th to 22nd Shrawan, 2080).

Similarly, 8,00,00,000 units of "Laxmi Value Fund-II (LVF2)" have been listed in NEPSE.

This is a closed-end mutual fund scheme. It has a maturity period of 10 years. The close-ended mutual fund issued 8 crore units worth Rs. 80 crores of which 15% or 1.20 crore units worth Rs. 12 crore were allocated to the fund sponsor Former Laxmi Bank Limited. Thus, the remaining 6.80 crore units were for the public issue.

Now the listed shares will be traded under the symbol (LVF2).
