Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company (RNLI) Proposes 16.84% Dividend For FY 2079/80

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) has proposed a 16.84% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. This is the first-ever dividend proposed by the company.
The 126th board of directors meeting on Poush 24 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4 Arba. 16% bonus shares worth Rs. 64 crore and 0.84% cash dividend worth Rs 3.36 crore have been proposed. The cash dividend has been proposed for the tax amount on bonus shares.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. RNLI closed at Rs. 558.00 yesterday.
