Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Promoted "Reliable Samriddhi Yojana" to Issue 8.50 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Baishakh 3

Reliable Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "Reliable Samriddhi Yojana" closed-end mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 3rd Baishakh to the 7th Baishakh, 2082. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Baishakh 17.

Out of 10 crore unit shares, 1%, i.e., 10 lakh units worth Rs. 1 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Reliable Capital Limited, and 14%, i.e., 1,40,00,000 units worth Rs. 14 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited. The remaining 8,50,00,000 units worth Rs 85 Crore will be issued to the general public and institutions.

"Reliable Samriddhi Yojana" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.00,00,000 units.

This is the first mutual fund scheme that Reliable Capital Limited will manage.
