Reliance Finance Unveils Book Closure Date for 6.84% Dividend; Calls AGM On Ashad 31

Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) has called its 13th AGM on 31st Ashad, 2080. The meeting will be held in Smart Durbar Banquet, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, starting from 11 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 6.84% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 26 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.05 Arba. 6.5% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 6.84 crores and 0.34% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 36.02 lakhs have been proposed. There's also an agenda to elect 3 directors each from the promoter and public shareholding group.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80. Also, give full authority to the BoDs or a person designated by the BoDs to carry out all the necessary work related to the merger/acquisition.

The book closure date is on Ashad 20. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
