Reminder: "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086" Closing Today

Bank of Kathmandu Limited is closing the public issue of "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086" today. The issue opened on 2nd Bhadra and is closing today i.e. 7th Bhadra, 2079.

11,00,000 units is issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 6.60 lakh units of the total issue will be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 4.40 lakh units worth Rs. 44 crores is for the public issue, 5% of which is also allocated for mutual funds.

NIBL Ace Capital is appointed the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 1,00,000 units till the end of banking hours.

As the name suggests, "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086" has a maturity period of 7 years and will yield an annual return of 10.50% during the period.
