Reminder: "10.50% Himalayan Bank Limited Bond 2086" Closing Today

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) is closing the public issue of "10.50% Himalayan Bank Limited Bond 2086" today. The issue opened on 15th Bhadra and was supposed to close on 19th Bhadra. Since the issue was not fully subscribed by the closing date, the deadline was extended till today, i.e. 29th Bhadra, 2079.

25,00,000 units is issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 15 lakh units of the total issue will be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 10 lakh units worth Rs. 1 Arba is open for the public issue, 5% of which is also allocated for mutual funds.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited is appointed the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 2,50,000 units till the end of banking hours today.

"10.50% Himalayan Bank Limited Bond 2086" has a maturity period of 7 years and will yield 10.50% annual returns to unitholders.
