Reminder: Last Day to Apply for "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084"

Today is the last day to apply for "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084". The issue has been open from Magh 16.

Nepal Investment Bank's debenture with a maturity period of seven years was approved by SEBON on Mangsir 18. The debenture titled "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" has a coupon rate of 8.5%. The coupon rate is simply the annual payment made by the issuer of the bond to the investors.

A total of 40 lakh units are registered. 16 lakh units have been opened for the public issue and 24 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. Rs. 1000 is the par value. Meanwhile, RBB Merchant Banking has been appointed the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 2.5 lakh units.

Although the early closing date of the issue was on Magh 20, the issue was not fully subscribed till then. Thus, the deadline had been extended to Magh 30, 2077. Since there was a holiday on Magh 30, the issue will close today, i.e. Falgun 02 at the end of banking hours.
