Reminder: Last Day to Bid for Promoter Shares Auction of Premier Insurance Company (PIC)

Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited is closing the auction of its promoter shares today. The company has been auctioning its promoter shares from 27th Ashar. The auction will conclude today, i.e. 08 Shrawan, 2078, at the end of banking hours. 

5,48,025 units promoter shares have been auctioned. Existing promoters, individuals, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.

Rs. 550 is the minimum bid rate and 500 is the minimum bid quantity. Bidders can bid for the entirety of shares. However, bidders are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
