Reminder! Last Day to Clinch Dividend Proposed by These Five Companies

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL), Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI), Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI), Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) and Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDC).

Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) has called its 15th AGM on 26th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 12% dividend for FY 2078/79. The company's 435th meeting of the board held on 2nd Mangsir 2079 proposed a 12% dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 3.28 Arba. 3% bonus shares worth Rs. 9.85 crores and 9% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 29.55 crores have been proposed.

Likewise, Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI), the company has decided to hold the Annual General Meeting on Poush 28, 2079 (January 12, 2023) at 11:00 am on Thursday. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Tripureshwor, Kathmandu.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5% dividend for FY 2078/79. The company's meeting of the board held on 5th Poush 2079 proposed a 5% dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 1.59 Arba. 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.

Similarly, Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has called its 29th AGM on 25th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Tribhuvan Army Officer's Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.53% dividend worth Rs. 1.03 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 492nd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 12, 2079 decided to distribute a 10.53% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9,82,58,53,113. 3% bonus shares worth Rs. 29,47,75,594 and 7.53% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 73,98,86,735 have been proposed.

Meanwhile, Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has called its 21st AGM on 28 Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Tribhuvan Army Officer's Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 13.16% dividend worth Rs. 1.64 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 20 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.52 Arba. 12.50% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 Arba and 0.66% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 8.23 crore have been proposed.

Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDC) has called its 6th AGM on 22nd Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5.02632% dividend for FY 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 5% bonus shares and 0.02632% cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) have been proposed.

Poush 13 is the book closure date for all five companies' AGMs. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend respective company AGMs.
