Reminder! Last Day to Clinch Dividend Proposed by These Five Companies

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC), Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL), ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC), CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) and Civil Bank Limited (CBL).

Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has called its 28th AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the head office of Shree Investment Finance Company, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse 7.60% dividend worth Rs. 7.28 for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 325th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 29 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 95.86 crores. 2.40% bonus share and 5.20% cash dividend have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 2.30 crores, and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 4.98 crores.

Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has called its 26th AGM on 30th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Durbarthok Banquet, Pokhara, starting from 9 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a dividend of 4.21% for FY 2078/79. The 512th meeting of the Board of Directors decided to distribute a dividend of 4.21% on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.04 Arba. The company is set to distribute a 4% bonus dividend worth Rs. 4.16 Crores and a 0.21% Cash Dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs. 21.85 Lakhs for the fiscal year 2078/79.

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) has called its 19th AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10% dividend for FY 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Mangsir 14 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.12 Arba. 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.63 crores and 5% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 5.63 crores have been proposed.

CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) has called its 4th AGM on 30th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Pokhara, starting at 11 AM.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 31.58% dividend worth Rs. 3.84 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 7 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.16 Crores. 30% bonus shares worth Rs 3.64 Crores and 1.58% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs 19.20 Lakh have been proposed.

Civil Bank Limited (CBL) has called its 12th AGM on 28th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Amritbhog, Kalikasthan Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5.26% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The company's 403rd meeting of the board held on Poush 05 proposed a 0.26% cash dividend and a 5% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 9.07 Arba. Thus, the cash dividend amounts (for tax purposes) to Rs. 2.38 Crores, and the bonus shares are worth Rs. 45.37 Crores.

Poush 19 is the book closure date for all five companies. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the respective AGMs.
