Reminder! Last Day to Clinch Dividends Proposed by Global IME Laghubitta and Adarsha Laghubitta

Today is the last day to grab dividends proposed by Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) and Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB).

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) has called its 10th AGM on 24th Falgun, 2079. The meeting will be held in Best Resort Pvt. Ltd., Pokhara, starting at 9 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 20% dividend worth Rs. 11.05 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting held on Magh 04 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 55.25 crores. 12% bonus shares and an 8% cash dividend (for tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 6.63 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 4.42 crores.

Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) has called its 5th AGM on 30th Falgun, 2079. The meeting will be held in Gautam Village Resort, Banepa, starting at 11 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 21.05% dividend worth Rs. 43.57 lakhs for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 18 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.07 crores. 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 41.40 lakhs and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 2.17 lakhs.

The book closure date for both companies is on Falgun 16. Thus, shareholders maintained before till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the respective AGMs.
